I really like how Jo Miller's workshop brings together many facets of leadership development into a concrete action plan. The program helps you identify your own personal strengths and the opportunities around you that can propel your career forward.

Unfortunately, there's still a glass ceiling for women looking to advance in business. I'd like to hear the advice of leadership coach Jo Miller and start to develop an action plan on how to break through the ceiling at the Poised for Leadership Workshop. It also looks like a great networking opportunity to meet other women in business and share our experiences. I'd love to attend and learn from this day.

It's important to know how to develop your professional and personal strengths and then put a plan of action in place to reach goals and be successful. Participating in Jo Miller's workshop provides an opportunity for high achieving women like myself to learn strategies to do just that and to network with other like minded individuals.

These days, with technology advancing so quickly (Blackberries, Twitter, blogs), most of us seem to be focused on our jobs and rarely find the time to take a course or go out for networking events. It's important that we take the time to learn, and teach the next generation of young women (or young men) what leadership is all about, how to navigate a new work environment and how to be successful in their career while having a good work life balance. In order to be successful, we need to keep learning and reading and asking others for feedback. I hope I can learn from Jo Miller and pass along this knowledge to my colleagues and friends.

I am hoping to gain from Jo Miller the insights and practices of dealing with jealousy from other women professionals and being treated as an unique and valuable voice in men's business world. It seems a great opportunity to network with like minded professionals. Thanks for the consideration.
